Instructions for Parents :-

  • Parents are allowed to visit their son/ward only as per the schedule mentioned in the diary. They should not enter the campus on other days. In case of an emergency, please contact the Vice Principal / Administrative Officer first.
  • Out Pass will be granted only on medical grounds, based on the recommendation of the Medical Officer. No other type of out pass is permitted. All religious and family functions should be planned during Summer or Onam vacations.
  • Telephone facilities are available in all dormitories. Cadets can contact their parents twice a week. The school also provides video calling facilities. Parents are requested to inform the school authorities in case of any issues in school or hostel. They should also encourage their children to write letters.
  • Parents should not give cash or send money orders to their wards. Cadets are not permitted to keep money with them. All personal expenses will be managed through the “Pocket Money Account.”
  • Security guards at the school gate will verify all visitors entering and leaving the campus. Parents are requested to cooperate, as this is for the safety of their children.
  • Wearing helmets/seat belts is compulsory inside the school campus. The speed limit for all vehicles is 30 km per hour.
  • Parking of vehicles is allowed only in the lower hockey ground area. Parking or halting vehicles elsewhere on campus is not permitted. Vehicles should not be driven near school buildings or dormitories. Cadets are not allowed to drive any vehicle.
  • All traffic rules and regulations must be strictly followed.
  • The school campus is a “No Litter” and “Plastic-Free” zone. Parents must carry back all wrappers, plastic bags, and leftover food. It is advisable to bring a bag for this purpose.
  • Parents are not allowed to smoke, drink alcohol, or chew paan within the school campus.
  • Parents are requested to pay school fees as per the given schedule.
  • Cadets are not permitted to keep mobile phones or any electronic devices. Parents are advised not to provide such items. Strict disciplinary action, including expulsion, may be taken in case of violation.
  • Parents should not enter dormitory wings or study halls while meeting their wards. Meetings will take place only in the House Master’s office in his presence.
  • Security guards patrolling the campus have been instructed to ensure compliance with these rules. In case of any issue, please contact the Administrative Officer / Vice Principal.
  • Parents are requested not to bring any items in plastic bags.
